Obsession

It's no secret that I can be like a dog with a bone when I get onto something new. Today my sister-in-law invited me to join geni.com, a site that lets you chart your family tree. Before I knew it, I had managed to add 163 of my closest relatives. I didn't know I knew 163 relatives. Most of my knowledge is thanks the "book" Aunt Leada wrote in 1989. There are a lot of holes on mom's side of the family, and I'm hoping someone will be able to fill those in.

In between obsessing, I was able to chase the dogs to the next neighborhood after they plotted their escape, cook three meals from scratch, spend time helping Mira with her reading and writing, get Ryan started on his physics project and very little else. Oh, and I took a shower. The kitchen is still a mess from the latest meal, but I just can't bring myself to care.
