The House is OFFICIALLY Warm

We had a few friends over on Saturday evening (well, more than a few...probably 18 people, including kids), and everyone had a great time. This house really feels like home to us, and the kids are always declaring that it's their favorite house ever.

I finally got the zip line up in the back yard, but it was a difficult job. I did it by myself at first, with much cursing. When I tested it, I realized I'd forgotten to tighten the bolts on one end, and it came right down. I didn't have the spirit to try it again that day. My friend Christopher, who is Tiffany's husband and already has a zipline in his yard, was here on Saturday. He offered to come over Sunday to help re-do it. The kids are really enjoying it, but I think I need to move it. One of the trees is really too small to handle it. Christopher said he'd help if I decide to move it, and as much as I don't like to take advantage of people's kindness, I'm probably going to take him up on it.

Come on over when you get a chance, and I promise I won't put you to work (unless you have experience painting over wall paper).
