Shh! It's a secret!
I'm listening to the kids giggling behind closed doors as they wrap my Christmas presents. I took them today to a couple of stores and stood at the front while they shopped and paid for their purchases. I sneaked a few peeks, just because they were so cute and excited. This morning Ryan said something like "after this are we going to Old Navy so we can get your robe?" I said "what?" and he repeated himself. Mira nearly came unhinged telling him it's supposed to be a secret. Then, when we were leaving Sleeping Lizards, Mira said "we got you five presents. Well, six including the robe. OH!" I said "What? I didn't hear you." So, yeah, they aren't too great at keeping secrets, but I'm still looking forward to unwrapping those presents the most.

LOL! How CUTE! That is wonderful that they are taking care of mom so well!
I have a terrible memory and that has come in handy a couple of times when one child has "ruined" the secret and the others are upset - I just say "Oh, I can't remember what s/he said..." and they are totally happy - it is very believable that I would forget LOL!
