Today's simple pleasures:
•Exercised before the kids woke up
•Lunch with Jay and Tyler (and Ryan and Mira of course)
•Talked to Jayne, who moved to North Carolina in June
•Rode bikes through the neighbor's sprinkler with Mira
•Laid on the ground staring at the sky
•Laughed a lot
•Took the kids to the pool without my cell phone
