The weather has been unseasonably pleasant lately, so the kids have been wanting to go to the
Japanese Garden in Ft. Worth. Today was an especially nice day, and surprisingly we had no obligations or plans. We usually go once a year, and I think it's usually about this time of year. I seem to remember going a few days after Mothers' Day last year and trying out my new camera. It's nice to be able to look back at the kids' pictures and see how much they've changed. and, finally, this year:

This one was at the Ft. Worth Botanic Garden. The bear is Mira's "baby." She's used her allowance to buy a "baby carrier" for it, because she's just so tired of not having any arms free when she's carrying him everywhere. She's expressed several times how difficult motherhood is. She's so funny. Oh! And she lost two more teeth last week.
